The mission of the Inner Compass Project is to cultivate a community of listeners where everyone has the opportunity of being heard. Listening helps foster collaboration and nurtures kindness. This is a truly inspiring initiative to be part of, with numerous Wellbeing Listeners actively engaged in offering a compassionate ear.

Liz began exploring Wellbeing Listening within her local community in 2020, and remains actively involved in its development. She’s keen to share key insights and lessons she’s gained throughout her journey.

Step 3:

Sign up to the Wellbeing Listener Self-Study programme.

This self-study programme is the starting point. As you begin to understand the simplicity and the shared language around wellbeing and resilience, you’ll start to notice a big difference in the way you live your life.

Step 4:

Work with Liz as a mentor to start Wellbeing Listening in your community or workplace…

This programme offers you individual support through coaching and mentoring whilst you develop your listening skills and start to share Wellbeing Listening more widely.

Duration: 3-6 months

Includes:

  • Personal guidance as you go through the Wellbeing Listener Programme
  • WhatsApp support and interim ‘top-ups’ as needed
  • Suggested additional resources and materials
  • Support as you develop a wellbeing model for your workplace or community
  • Bi-monthly Zoom meetings
