Many people experience low self-esteem and isolation because they don’t feel truly heard. The Wellbeing Listener Programme shows you how to listen in a way that naturally enhances the sense of wellbeing in others. This course offers a simple yet profound way to revitalise your relationships at home, in your community and in the workplace.
How is it delivered?
Each day for two weeks, you will receive an email with both audio and video content. It’ll take just 20 minutes of your time. You can progress through the material at your own pace, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
What will you learn?
You’ll gain a deep understanding of the true source of wellbeing and recognise resilience as a natural human quality. You’ll realise there’s no need to constantly strive for wellbeing – your Inner Compass will guide you back to it.
