Listening is at the heart of everything I offer. Not just the act of hearing words, but the deeper practice of tuning in. Learn to listen to yourself, to the wisdom you've gathered across a lifetime, and to what is quietly but persistently asking to emerge.

One-to-one Coaching

Coaching with me is a deeply personal process. We work together every other week, over several months, giving you the time and continuity to genuinely explore what life is calling forth in you.

Sessions take place either in person or by phone, whichever feels right for you. We'll move at a pace that suits you, creating space to reflect, to question, and to begin moving forward in a way that feels genuinely true to who you are.

This is for you if you're ready to find clarity around what comes next.

Here is an example of how we might work together:

Three-month package

 

  • Ideal if you are in a life transition.
  • Six sessions (roughly every other week).
  • Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes.
  • I might send you notes, quotes and articles.
  • You’ll receive short bullet-point notes after each session.

If you prefer to work at your own pace, with the chance to ask questions as you go along, then the Wellbeing Listening programme on Insight Timer might be a good fit.

The Simple Power of Wellbeing Listening is a mini audio course that will help you connect more caringly to anyone in any situation, and most importantly, it will help you learn to listen to yourself.
