Liz’s coaching is based on Wellbeing Listening. Before starting any coaching programme, it’s important to complete the Wellbeing Listener Self-Study Course.
This foundational programme, will help you get the most from our work together.

Package 1 – The Light Touch Package
This light-touch model is designed for those seeking regular reminders to trust their intuition and inner wisdom. Liz will be there to support and guide you on a regular basis. Every other week you will connect for a conversation of up to 45 minutes.
Duration: 3 or 6 months
Includes: Bi-monthly Zoom meetings.
Investment:
3 months: £850
6 months: £1500
Package 2 – In-Depth Coaching
In this comprehensive coaching programme, Liz will provide personalised support and resources tailored to your needs. You can also incorporate walking-coaching sessions on Dartmoor for a more reflective and immersive experience. Each session is about 45 minutes to 1hr 15mins in length.
Duration: 3 or 6 months
Includes:
- Bi-monthly Zoom meetings
- WhatsApp communication
- Articles, videos, and audio recommendations
- Optional walking-coaching sessions
- Additional short ‘top-up’ sessions
