Talks
In 2025 I walked 630 miles across Britain over 48 days, following the earth's ancient energy currents. I was on foot, map in hand, and open to wherever the path led.
I'm now bringing talks based on my experiences to wider audiences. This might be groups, organisations, retreats, gatherings of any size, in person or online.

Pilgrimage
It was a journey that stretched me physically and mentally. There were days when the miles came easily and days when they didn't. Days when the going was tough and the body said stop, and the only thing to do was keep going. Somewhere in all of it (the rhythm of walking, the slow change of landscape, the sense of connection with nature) something shifted. The noise started to fall away. What was left felt more like me.
The world of the pilgrim felt more real than the world I had left behind.
This walk was deeply personal, and it marked a transition. Not in a dramatic way. It felt as if I were moving towards elderhood. With that came a different relationship with busyness, with not knowing, with what it actually means to make progress. And I found I had things to say about it.

Sharing my Story
I started sharing the journey in living rooms. These were conversations rather than presentations. People would arrive curious and we'd end up somewhere none of us quite expected. Afterwards, people would feel a sense of permission. It helped them to consider their next steps, to slow down, and to trust the journey of life.
I'm now bringing these talks to wider audiences, groups, organisations, retreats, gatherings of any size, in person or online. The format is adaptable but the heart of it stays the same. It's a story about what happens when you strip away the noise and put one foot in front of the other. And about what that might mean, whatever path we're on.
If you think your group might enjoy this, I'd love to hear from you.
Each talk runs for around 1 to 2 hours, with plenty of time for questions and conversation.
