Groups and Retreats
Perhaps you've arrived here because something in your life is shifting — and part of you knows it's time to pay attention. Not to do more, or move faster, but to slow down and truly listen to what this moment is asking of you.
That is where we begin.

Retreats
What would it be like to wake up excited by each new day? What would it be like to feel more connected to life? What would it be like to have less on your mind?
There is a particular kind of nourishment that comes from being in the company of people who truly listen to each other and to themselves. Our retreats are open to men and women and are ideal for those who are willing to speak honestly, sit with uncertainty, and trust what emerges when the space is held well.
The Living From Love retreat is held at the beautiful Belfield House in Weymouth, and is facilitated by Liz Scott, Caroline Brewer, and Stuart Newberry.
Women's Groups
Over several months, a small group of women come together in space rooted in wisdom and the art of listening. We meet both online and/or in-person.
Each gathering has a theme - which might include self-confidence, authenticity, or finding your voice. This is not a therapy group. It is a chance to create a nourishing space for reflection and clarity.
Women often find these gatherings to be a place where they can speak without editing themselves, listen without agenda, and be genuinely seen.
If you are a woman in your fifties or sixties navigating a time of change, and you are longing for connection that goes beneath the surface - this may be exactly what you've been looking for.
Places are limited to keep groups small.
Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll meet in a small group of women usually 6-10 in total
- These are regular gatherings usually once a month over 3 to 6 months.
- Gatherings are in person and/or on Zoom
- There will be 2 – 4 one to one coaching conversations as part of the group.
- We will follow a theme, like ‘finding your voice’ – or ‘living with ease’
